A day for gifted and talented children, their families, and their teachers to gather in Springfield, Illinois

Springfield Day 2009 will be on April 29, 2009, Wednesday. Please save this date, and please plan to join us!

With the state budget in crisis, we were still able to receive $2 million from the state last year. This would not have been possible without our huge turnout and effort last year. You may notice that more attention is being paid to Gifted Education in your district or nearby. This is because of our efforts and the attention we are asking our school district, our legislators, and our governor to place on Gifted Education. We are going to Springfield again to make sure we continue to receive funding and to increase the funding level to help more teachers and students.
