Advertising with the Gifted-Talented Resource Group (GTRG) of District 303 is a cost-effective and easy way to reach a specific group of individuals interested in at least one common goal: exposing their children to as many educational and enriching opportunities as possible. An added benefit of advertising with us is that 100% of the proceeds go to fund this group and the opportunities we provide to the children of District 303. The following three step process will get your ad campaign running quickly

Create your ad images/text and email them to advertising@gtrg-d303.org for approval.

Pay for the ad via one of the accepted payment forms noted below.

Miscellaneous Information and Specifications

The following items apply to all ads that are accepted to be displayed on the gtrg-d303.org web site

Rates are subject to change.
Payment must be made in US dollars and can be made via Money Order or Paypal.
Ad availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis. Advertisers wishing to renew their ads will be given priority over new listings.
Ad cost must be paid in full before ad is accepted for placement. Once payment is accepted, no refunds will be made and the ads will run for the full amount of time that was purchased.
All ads submitted are subject to approval by the steering committee of the GTRG. Ads that are too large in physical size, have too much animation or are provocative in any way will not be considered for inclusion on the site.

Cost Effective

Forget costs per impression! We charge flat rate fees for all advertising options. Once you signup and pay for an advertising plan, there are no more fees. Your ad will run for the allotted time, free of charge, no matter how many times it is displayed on the site. Once your advertising term is up, either pay the stated fixed-rate fee again to have your ad continue to display or do nothing and your ad will automatically be removed from the site. Ads purchased for display on our newsletter come with the added benefit of staying on the site for as long as the newsletter is archived. Currently we plan on supporting at least five years of archival.

The cost structure is based on the location of the ad as well as how long the ad will run. You have the option for your ad to appear in one of two places: 1) on the home page and all other "Top Level" pages or 2) on our newsletter, which is mailed out between the 1st and 5th of every month to our entire email list.

Although we do offer the fixed-price plans stated below, we are also eager to form lasting partnerships with companies and are open to other "custom" advertising packages. Size of the ad and placement of the ad are both open for discussion. Email us directly at advertising@gtrg-d303.org with your specific situation. Location: Across the top of every "top level" page. A top level page is any page that is navigated to via one of the main site navigation tabs.

Price: $75/month - Multiple months can be purchased in advance

Location: Across the top of our newsletter, which is emailed to our entire list between the 1st and 5th of every month. These ads will also stay with archived newsletters beyond the term agreed upon.

Price: $60/month OR $150/quarter OR $400/per year

Location: In the right margin of every "top level" page. A top level page is any page that is navigated to via one of the main site navigation tabs.
